Why did you decide to become a realtor?
Paul has been in this role for the last 24 years Paul just felt the need to focus on what he enjoyed most and what motivated him and he wanted to expand the customer experience and services to the highest standards.

In your opinion why use or have a personal realtor?
Several Reasons: Time is precious, as a realtor Paul is able to pre-select and edit client's preferences sot hat they can come in and Paul is ready to go. Realtors are experts so they know what's happening in the marketplace. If something becomes available that's going to be great for them, it is easy for realtors to just pick up the phone and make the call. Most of all Paul's services are fun to use.

How do you personally measure the energy you invest in making sure a customer is satisfied?
Paul doesn't think the job can be measured by the effort we exert. He feels if he has exceeded a customers expectations and they come back to see him, then he has done a great job and even better if they refer him to a friend or family member.

What has been the most gratifying follow up from a customer?
When they have complete trust in your judgment, they will continue to seek your advice and service.
